The Assistant Dean of Students position maintains shared responsibility for several types of student services on behalf of the Dean of Students Office, Student Engagement and Enrollment Services at the UW-Green Bay Manitowoc and Sheboygan campus. This includes the management of student complaints and concerns, case management, student leadership support and the overall administration of student events/activities. This position requires a high level of discretionary judgement, collaboration with faculty and staff internal and external to the Division of University Inclusivity and Student Affairs, Enrollment Services and the greater campus community. This position must possess the ability to quickly build rapport with students, faculty and staff from a variety of backgrounds during stressful situations. All responsibilities require knowledge and application of high impact practices, UWS policies and state/federal guidance.
