Coordinate and manage all operations of the integrated Green Bay One Stop Shop (GBOSS) at the Green Bay campus, and Student Services Front Desk staff at the Manitowoc, Marinette, and Sheboygan campuses. This position will supervise and train Student Services Specialists at all locations and coordinate Welcome Center operations. This position will be responsible for facilitating student resources that support the University’s mission and goals regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion. This position is also responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing new ideas, as well as analyzing business practices to improve policy and procedure based on interactions with students and families, faculty and staff.
