This position oversees the post enrollment administrative activities of graduate programs across the university including the monitoring of progress towards the degree, course and/or enrollment management, funding, and academic program review. Graduate student engagement and well-being are an essential function of this role, including the creation of professional development opportunities and activities that foster a sense of belonging. The position directs staff and student workers across the entire purview of the Graduate Studies Office, which is responsible for the graduate student lifecycle from prospective student to graduation. The Graduate Programs Manager reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Graduate Studies and Research and collaborates closely with the chairs of all graduate programs.
