Business and Finance Manager

This position reports to the Executive and Artistic Director and will be an addition to the Weidner’s leadership team to oversee the business, finance and HR functions of The Weidner, working closely with all departments of the center. With an aptitude and enthusiasm for analysis, data and metrics, this individual will optimize the operations of the arts center to help The Weidner capitalize on its programmatic and community partnership successes. This individual will oversee the development and monitoring of Weidner systems, practices and policies that ensure efficiency, accuracy and compliancy with university policies. This individual will serve as the Weidner expert in the Workday transition, updating current processes to align with performing arts management tools, including Momentus Elite and Audience View.
