The First Nations Student Success Manager plays a pivotal role in the development, evaluation and implementation of multicultural programs and recruitment efforts in support of underrepresented students’ enrollment and success. Develops internal partnerships in support of program awareness and providing student interventions, as needed.
This position reports to and collaborates closely with the Center for First Nations Education Program Director. In addition to a strong independent initiative, a successful candidate should excel at working with others in the First Nations Studies program, First Nations Education doctoral program and other university departments in the development and management of student programs.
