University Reservations & Event Manager

The University Reservations & Events Manager is responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of all programs and services supporting events and functions in the University Union and supported areas on the campus.  This position serves as a main campus administrator for our campus reservation system. This position assists with the development and implementation of University Union policies, procedures, and goals as they relate to the mission of the Union. This position reports to the Associate Director – Union Operations, and works cooperatively with other professional staff and students in accomplishing the operational, programmatic, services, and student development goals for the organization. This position will meet with internal and external customers to plan successful events and engage with the client before, during and after each event. This position will work, in collaboration with others, to create a safe and inclusive environment for all UW Green Bay students where all feel a sense of place and pride.
