This position reports to the Executive Director of Admissions and serves as a key member of the recruitment and enrollment team. The individual represents the institution and is responsible for building positive, professional relationships with prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. This team member will meet regularly with prospective/admitted Green Bay Area Public High School students and their supporters and is expected to effectively communicate the benefits of a UW-Green Bay experience. This individual will plan, develop, coordinate, manage, and execute the recruitment and admissions process in alignment with the institution’s strategic goals. The Career Coach will be embedded at Preble and Southwest High Schools meeting with prospective students, their parents, and high school staff. Extensive travel in Brown County is expected throughout the year, especially during the fall and spring recruitment seasons.
This position requires excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Accuracy, attention to detail, follow through, and reliability are extremely important in this position.
