Service Desk Lead

The User Support Specialist, under the direction of the Director of Technology Support Services, delivers strategically significant and highly specialized information technology (IT) support services to end users in support of institutional technology operations. This position interacts daily with clients who have varying levels of technical expertise and provide them with excellent support and consulting services. The User Support Specialists mentor student employees, document and implement industry-standard best practices, and develop and provide training to end users. The position also contributes to the Division of Information technology projects and coordinates resources in support of the client’s diverse business goals.  This role acts as the GBIT Service Desk Supervisor.
