Paid leave is granted to Faculty, Academic Staff and Limited Appointees in annual basis appointments on a fiscal year basis (July 1 – June 30).

University Staff Employees
As a reminder, paid leave is granted on a calendar year basis.
- Personal Holidays granted January 1, 2022, must be used by December 31, 2022.
- Floating Legal Holidays (January 1, December 24, December 31, 2022) must be used by December 31, 2022.
- Vacation carryover from 2021 must be used by December 31, 2022.
