This position reports to the Executive Director of K-12 and Community Relations and oversees the Rising Phoenix program which strives to serve diverse student groups with a particular emphasis on equity and access for groups that are traditionally underrepresented and underserved in higher education. Rising Phoenix is a dual enrollment program that provides students in partner school district with the opportunity to earn a UW-Green Bay Associate of Arts and Sciences degree during high school. This position provides guidance for program planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervises Rising Phoenix Student Success Coaches who provide direct student advising and support. The Executive Manager promotes stable and productive relationships between UW-Green Bay and school districts while striving to expand and increase access to the program. This highly collaborative position works closely with other program staff in the K-12 and Community Relations program as well as the Executive Director of K-12 and Community Relations in order to grow the reach of the program while monitoring program budgets to ensure program sustainability.
