This position reports to the Custodial Services Program Supervisor and is responsible for the overall work performance of Kress Event Center (KEC) custodial staff and specific custodial care needs in the KEC. This position is responsible for supervision of KEC custodial staff, LTE’s, and student custodians and in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the KEC. General areas of responsibility include planning and assigning tasks, training staff in the care and cleaning of the floors, restrooms, meeting rooms, event areas, windows, etc.; custodial equipment care and maintenance, assisting with room arrangements, ordering and maintaining supply inventory, coordinating snow removal, and recycling or required materials.
