The Building Operations Manager is responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of all programs and services supporting events and functions in the University Union and affiliated areas on the campus. This position assists with the development and implementation of University Union policies, procedures, and goals as they relate to the mission of the Union. This position reports to the Associate Director of University Union Operations, and works cooperatively with other professional staff and students in accomplishing the operational, programmatic, services, and student development goals for the organization. This position will be responsible for facilitating programming that supports the University’s goals regarding Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. This position will work, in collaboration with others, to create a safe and inclusive environment for all UW Green Bay students where all feel a sense of place and pride.
