This position reports to the Director of The Learning Center (TLC) and works with students one on one and in groups to support their development of skills necessary to direct their learning process and to manage the demands of academic life. While the support of the Academic Coach is available to all students, particular focus will be placed on assisting underrepresented students, including first-generation students, low-income students, students of color, English-language learners, and other students who may face discrimination or other challenges to academic access and success.
