This position reports to the Custodian Services Program Supervisor and must have excellent communication skills to be able to direct Custodians and follow instructions of supervisors; exhibit high standards in performing job duties, clean assigned area according to department standards, and be able to organize job duties to fit time allowed. Excellent customer service is a must for this position. Must be physically able to perform all aspects of job duties. Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions. Must be able to write instructions for Custodians. Must be able to use or learn to use all department equipment according to instructions. Follow all safety rules and report safety violations to supervisor and report any equipment repairs to supervisor.
