Academic Staff are invited to join the Academic Staff Professional Development Programming Committee on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 from 12 – 1 p.m. in University Union Room 103 for
Focusing on Strengths (Not Weaknesses!) to Optimize Results
Presented by: Lisa Tetzloff, Director of Student Life
All registered participants will receive a FREE code to take the half-hour StrengthsFinder assessment. StrengthsFinder is a widely used online tool for identifying and maximizing our biggest strengths. Organizers request that participants take this assessment prior to Tuesday, November 8 at noon (so Lisa may review the groups results) and bring the list of their indicated Top 5 strengths. At the session, attendees will learn what their strengths mean and how to use them to their and any group’s advantage. Light refreshments will be provided. Feel free to bring your lunch.
To register, click here. Registration will be limited to the first sixty registered participants. A Code to take StrengthsFinder assessment will be distributed to registered participants Tuesday, December 1, 2015 via email.
