Assistant Professor – Democracy and Justice Studies

The Department of Democracy and Justice Studies, with emphases in American Studies, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, US and the World, and Women’s and Gender Studies, seeks an Assistant Professor in political science, or other closely related field, with specialization in areas such as Public Law, Law & Courts, or Law & Society, and a focus on one or more of the following subjects: constitutional law, criminal justice reform, legal research and writing, immigration and immigrants’ rights, and/or racial and ethnic justice movements. Candidates with experience teaching in higher education will be given preference.
