The Department of Human Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Athletic Training. This faculty member will receive administrative release time in order to serve as the Coordinator of Clinical Education for the new professional Master’s Degree in Athletic Training (MAT). Candidates with experience as a Coordinator of Clinical Education for a Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) accredited Athletic Training program, professional clinical experience as an Athletic Trainer, certification to teach BLS for healthcare providers, and previous teaching and/or clinical supervision experience within a CAATE accredited program are strongly encouraged to apply. In addition, candidates with a record of establishing relationships with internal and external constituents and demonstrated ability to successfully teach a breadth of post-secondary Athletic Training-related courses are also strongly encouraged to apply.
