We are excited to invite you to the launch of our new learning series, “Bite-Sized Leadership: Tips for Today’s Leaders.” This initiative is designed to provide valuable insights and practical tips to enhance your leadership skills in today’s dynamic environment.

The new learning series is ideal for new leaders or those who would like refresher on essential leadership skills.  The first topic we will cover is “Performance Assessments,” * providing you with the tools and knowledge to effectively evaluate and improve team performance.

All supervisors will soon receive an invitation to attend one of the sessions on Performance Assessments. Both sessions will include the same information, so please select the time that works best for you. Participation in these sessions is optional, and will be recorded for future viewing.

 Event Details:

    • Session 2: January 16, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM in the Alumni Room (University Union Room 103)
