Welcome Carli Reinecke!

On Monday, August 9, 2021, Carli Reinecke started as an Academic Librarian with the UW-Marinette Library.

Carli comes to us from Horicon, Wi.

In her free time, Carli enjoys knitting and beach volleyball.

Carli has a MLIS from the University of Washington and a BA from UW-Madison.

Welcome Ray York!

On Sunday, August 1, 2021, Ray York started as a Business Consultant for the Small Business Development Center.

Ray comes to us from Eau Claire, WI. Ray was previously employed as a Business Counselor for Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation, President of York Estates, a large account manager, Beer vendor at Miller Park, and a Journeyman Meat Cutter. Ray is involved in the Sheboygan Falls Chamber Main Street as the treasurer for the board of directors executive committee, participates in the Economic Development Committee, worked as the Tourism Liaison for the Tourism Committee, served on the advisory board from Insight Publications, and is a SCORE volunteer.

In his free time, Ray enjoys bowling, hiking, camping, canoeing, cooking, anime, and traveling. Ray is married to his wife Kelly, together they have a daughter and a son.

Ray has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Lakeland University and an Associates Degree in Geographic Information Systems from Chippewa Valley Technical College.

Welcome Sam Stranz!

On Monday, August 2, 2021, Sam Stranz started as the Front of House & Event Supervisor with the Weidner Center.

Sam comes to us from Weston, WI. Sam was previously employed as a middle school band director. Sam is involved in the music community and frequently performs with many local ensembles in addition to working on projects with his own jazz groups.

In his free time, Sam enjoys jazz, saxophone, disc golf, hiking, canoeing, gardening, cross country skiing, and coffee. Sam is engaged to his fiancĂ© Haley. Sam’s father lives in Weston and has a Bernese Mountain dog and Sam’s sister is a lab manager for UW Health in Madison.

Sam has a Masters Degree in Jazz Pedagogy from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelors Degree in Jazz Studies and Arts Management from UW-Green Bay.
