| You are invited to join us for this year’s Safety & Security Walk on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 5:30 pm. This event is an opportunity for students, faculty and staff to engage in open dialogue and a walk with University Leadership to discuss and highlight areas of concern that may affect security and safety on campus (e.g., areas of inadequate lighting, overgrown shrubs, concern over traffic or pedestrian safety). An initial meeting place will be in The Learning Center on the second floor (CL207) of the Cofrin Library at 5:30 pm, with the walk to follow. Any suggestions on where to visit on campus during the walk should be emailed to Safety & Emergency Manager, Scott Piontek (pionteks@uwgb.edu), no later than Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
