This position reports to Deputy Chief Facilities Officer and is a managerial, supervisory position that plans and oversees building and grounds operations to meet the needs of the university, its employees, and visitors. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing the activities of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled personnel engaged in building maintenance. This position is also responsible for making recommendations regarding long-range plans concerning fiscal needs, construction, maintenance and repair. Job duties are performed with minimal direction.
