CATL will be continuing our College Drop-In Hours this semester by bringing our services directly to instructors. One of our instructional designers, instructional technologists, or our Canvas administrator will be holding office hours for 2 hours per week in each of the four colleges on the Green Bay campus. We will be in CAHSS and CSET on Mondays, in the Cofrin School of Business on Tuesdays, and in CHESW on Wednesdays. In some colleges, we’ll be in the same office from week to week. In others we will move around from week-to-week because the instructors’ offices are located in multiple buildings. We’ll post our location in Teach Tuesday each week and also keep this blog page up-to-date. Please stop by and see us – no appointment necessary!
New Addition to Drop-In Hours: Themed Sessions
Periodically, CATL will host themed drop-in hours which include a short presentation on a given topic relevant to the university and the education of our students. These themed weeks may include a guest speaker as well, in addition to the CATL representative.

Hi there! I just read your blog post about CATL’s new office hours initiative and I must say, I’m impressed. Bringing the services directly to instructors is such a smart and efficient way of providing support. It’s great to see that you’ll be rotating between different locations and colleges so that everyone has a chance to take advantage of the resources you offer. This approach is sure to make a big impact and I’m sure instructors will appreciate the accessibility.
I also appreciate that you’re keeping this page updated with your location each week. It’s important for instructors to have access to accurate information about when and where you’ll be available. The time slots are also convenient, as they won’t disrupt the instructors’ work schedule. I hope that the initiative is well received by the instructors and that you receive a good turnout at each of your office hours. Keep up the good work!
Best regards, Mark Green
