The Worst Idea of All Time
The premise is simple, almost insultingly so—the hosts watch the same film multiple times with presumably a deeper understanding and personal connection to the piece. Throw in the caveat that said film is Grown Ups 2 and needs to be rewatched every week for a year, and that title starts making a lot more sense, doesn’t it?It’s a slow burn compared to other podcasts given the time it takes to get there, but 52 episodes of hosts Tim Batt and Guy Montgomery begrudgingly committing to the bit inspires some of the most bizarre, if albeit hilarious, discussions on just about everything and anything concerning both the film and the hosts themselves.
