He shares that whether it’s a kind word or a listening ear, it’s the little things that sometimes mean the most. The Chancellor shares his excitement about UW-Green Bay students who participated in the Research in the Rotunda event yesterday at the capital. Special guest Roger Wareham, also makes an appearance and speaks to the incredible work our students are doing. Special thanks to the faculty and staff who have supported student research projects!

In this week’s Minute, Mike encourages all of us to continue to engage with members of our communities by sharing the great work we do, and the value we as a university can bring in unique and different ways. Be sure your voice is heard!

In this week’s Minute with Mike, Chancellor challenges us with the question, “What does it mean to rise?” When we continue to think about how we can make others rise, (including our feline friends,) and ourselves, we lift up those around us and the university as a whole. Together, we RISE!

Each day, upon entering his office, Chancellor Mike Alexander, is greeted by the UW-Green Bay Commitment to Education ceremonial document. In this week’s video he reads the document and urges us all to think about its powerful message.
