Eat & Educate Series Fall 2025

AI is already being used in creative and unexpected ways across our campuses. To help faculty and staff learn from one another, the Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL) and the Division of IT (GBIT) are continuing the Provost-sponsored Eat & Educate series this fall.

This semester, we’ll host three lunchtime sessions, each focused on a different way AI is being used across campus. This series is designed as an informal, collaborative opportunity to learn directly from colleagues and gather new ideas, whether you are just starting with AI or already experimenting with its possibilities. Please come with a laptop and an inquisitive nature to experiment and discuss. Light snacks will be provided.

Please note that AI evolves quickly, and so do its uses, so topics may shift to reflect current trends or new opportunities as they arise.
