Dr. Bartell is looking for students to act as Peer Mentors in First Year Seminar courses for Fall 2013. Mentors work with first semester students to help them adjust to UWGB and to develop the skills necessary to succeed in college. Prerequisites for the positions include:
- Strong academic, communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to serve as a resource and role model for new students at UWGB
- Overall minimum GPA of 3.0
- Involvement in co-curricular activities (e.g., student organizations, student life, co-curricular activities, volunteer/service work, etc.)
