Residence Coordinator – Residence Life
The Area Coordinator position assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of the Office of Residence Life. The Office of Residence Life provides housing for 2,200 students during the academic year and 3,000 guests during the summer. Each Area Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a community of approximately 400 residents. With the help of Resident Assistants, the Area Coordinators strive to develop and maintain a safe, enjoyable, supportive and inclusive living environment where residents can achieve academic success and personal growth and development. The Area Coordinator is a member of the Residence Life team and holds administrative responsibilities, participates in committees and meetings, and serves students in a multitude of ways. The Area Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director.

Web/Print Designer – Limited Term Employee
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks a creative Limited Term Employee (LTE) web/print designer to assist the Office of Marketing and University Communication with production of web pages and publications for the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, its departments and academic units. The designer will report to the University’s Director of Marketing and work collaboratively with the team of designers, editors, a proofreader, print buyer and photographer. The LTE designer will be expected to produce webpages that are consistently branded, mobile-friendly and fast-loading responsive web layouts that comply with federal accessibility standards. Responsibilities include designing page layouts and custom graphics, formatting content, creating CSS and HTML executions and building HTML files from Photoshop documents.

Web Services Manager
The position of Web Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day technical operations, maintenance and administration of the University’s websites and content management system. In addition, the Web Services Manager will be responsible for web application development. This position will report to the Associate Provost for Information Services/CIO.
