2015: Experienced Teacher Student Nominated Teaching Award - Recognition and reward for teaching that has made a significant impact on students’ learning at UW-Green Bay.
2014: Frederick E. Baer Professorship in Business – Active for five years. The professorship recognizes and gives support for a tenured faculty member who has demonstrated a productive commitment to scholarship and/or outreach, and whose work exemplifies the spirit and mission of UW-Green Bay.
2014: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency – Toxic Release Inventory University Challenge: Successfully completed the collaborative project
2013: UW-Green Bay Founders Award for Excellence in Collaborative Achievement: The Environmental Management and Business Institute (EMBI) connects the campus to the community by encouraging thoughtful analysis of environmental problems and solutions that are practical and cost-effective.
2013: Fulbright Specialist Award - Active for five years. My first opportunity to participate in this program was a trip to Chile in August 2013. In the spring of 2014, as part of the Visiting Scholar Program, I hosted Dr. Alex Godoy and 15 graduate students from Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago, Chile. In August 2015, I traveled to Santiago, Chile with 8 students from universities across the United States as part of the UW Sustainable Management program.
2006: Named one of “50 People You Should Know”: Brown County Chamber of Commerce, Bay Business Journal
2004: Wisconsin Idea Fellow - Provided to 100 faculty and staff members throughout the UW System. This award recognizes public service and outreach to business and industry.
