Here are some additional conventions to follow when writing out technical information:
Numerals
Write out all numerals under 10 unless those numbers are used in a range (ex. “3-9 feet tall”)
Write fractions as decimals (ex. 1.25 vs 1 ¼)
Medical vs. Medicinal
Use medicinal to describe the properties of drugs and herbs. Use medical to describe anything having to do with the medical field such as doctors, hospitals, or procedures.
Text Alignment
Align text to the left with images on the right hand side.
