Faculty members Aaron Weinschenk, Lora Warner, David Helpap of Public and Environmental Affairs and Jenell Holstead of Human Development were key members of the LIFE (Leading Indicators for Excellence) Study collaboration with St. Norbert College. The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Center for Public Affairs and the Strategic Research Institute from St. Norbert College generated the study, which is intended to spark community engagement by measuring progress and also focus on issue to be addressed.
