That’s right. It’s a punch card machine. I didn’t take any computer programming courses at UWGB, but I have painful memories of using one of these machines when I was in graduate school at UC-Berkeley in 1977. Happily, the PC arrived a few years later/
I don’t think it’s a typewriter. I think it’s a keyboard for making punch cards for computer programming. I never took any computer programming courses but I’m sure those who did can provide more information. I don’t recognize the young woman.
