Students collecting field data
Three young women outdoors collecting field data in an opening with tall grass surrounded by trees. They’re using an instrument to collect data, recording it with a pencil and clip board. Can you identify the place, time, cause or people in these photos? We’d like to hear your account in the comment section below.
I don’t remember the names of the students, but they are participating in the Geography methods field camp held each spring semester in Door County. The camp site is located at the north end of Kangaroo Lake at a Girl Scout camp. Frank Byrne, Bill Kuepper and I instructed in the camp during the 70s and early 80s. I was an expensive undertaking but provided a valuable experience for students and faculty.
