Glen Tilot Glen Tilot, ’81 a social worker with Brown County Human Services, was honored as the 2010 Recruitment Partner of the Year by his alma mater.

Chris Dinse By weekday, recent University of Wisconsin-Green Bay graduate Chris Dinse is a music teacher in the Green Bay Area Public School District. By weekend, he’s one of 20-plus percussionists spending their free time performing with the Green Bay Packers drumline — the Tundra Line.

Lucy Arendt UW-Green Bay faculty member Lucy Arendt (Business Administration) was dispatched as part of a six-member interdisciplinary team to quickly gather data on government response when a magnitude-7.1 earthquake rocked the city of Christchurch, New Zealand on Sept. 4.

The Chemist, book cover Jason Mancheski ’76 human adaptability, received national accolades for the first of a series of novels. The Chemist, published by Bridgeway Books, won an award for best fiction novel in a contest sponsored by the American Mensa Society. The murder mystery takes place close to Mancheski’s roots, in Green Bay. The optometrist in both Green Bay and Shawano says his interest in deviant behavior dates back to his undergraduate classes at UWGB. The book novel is available at national chains and Amazon.com.
Cecily Dawson Cecily Dawson has a series of articles published on the website “Livestrong.com” of Lance Armstong fame, dedicated to inspire others for a better health through health, fitness, nutrition and other support. Dawson is a registered dietitian and teaches high school health and physical education, and has 17 years of previous experience in collegiate sports medicine (the majority with Green Bay athletics). She received her master’s degree in community human services from UW-Green Bay.
