Discover Cabaret from page to stage as Director Laura Riddle presents a behind-the-scenes look at the production of this award-winning musical, in the Fort Howard Hall theater at the Weidner Center immediately following the 7:30 p.m. show on Friday, April 20.

Green Innovations 2012 – “Water Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow”
The Environmental Management and Business Institute (EMBI) is hosting a multi-day symposium April 18-20. This year’s theme is “Water — Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow,” and features a free showing of the award-winning documentary, Tapped.

Mark King, one of UW-Green Bay’s most prominent alumni shared observations and advice with top Business Administration and Accounting students and others at the annual Business Week Dinner Thursday, March 8.

King, a 1981 business graduate, is CEO and president of TaylorMade-adidas, the world’s largest golf equipment manufacturer.

King addressed an audience of students, alumni, faculty and local business leaders, on the stage of the Weidner Center. He talked about the company’s remarkable recovery from its late-1990s slump and growth from a $300 million per-year operation to a $1.6 billion global giant.

UW-Green Bay students are taking on Broadway with the spring production of Cabaret. The April 20 and 21 performances mark the first time a student production has performed on the Weidner Center stage in more than a decade. Set in the seedy Kit Kat Klub in 1930 Berlin, Cabaret is a musical that will highlight the best of UW-Green Bay Theater and Music.
