Special Virtual Training on Reframing Aging and Disability

Faculty and Staff are invited to participate in a 1-hour virtual training offered by the National Center to Reframe Aging and Disability. The training aims to help people think and communicate differently about aging and disability, which research shows can positively impact health and longevity.

This training has been very impactful in helping people think and communicate differently about aging and disability. And importantly, research shows that just thinking more positively about aging can add 7.5 years to our life spans! Thus, this reframing initiative is vital in supporting a healthier aging for all of us!

The first training session is an introductory session tailored to health care professional.

A second virtual training event in February is keyed as a general introduction and is a program for everyone.
