The Green Bay Small Business Development Center staff commits 450-550 hours a year in professional development to better serve their clients, which are upcoming entrepreneurs and business owners. SBDC Business Consultant, Ray York, completed the training program and attained Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) certification. In Ray’s words, “As an SBDC Counselor, helping business owners navigate the sale or transition of their business has been a key focus of my role. To strengthen the SBDC at UWGB’s position in business transition strategy, earning the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation will enable us to better support clients in growing their business value and expanding their transition options. In my new role as a CEPA, I look forward to collaborating with the experienced CEPA professionals in our region to ensure the continued success of local business owners.” Congratulations to SBDC Business Consultant Ray York for attaining Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) credentials!
