We’re thrilled to announce that Dr. Heather Kaminski, Assistant Professor of Accounting at UW-Green Bay’s Cofrin School of Business, has been selected as a Wisconsin Teaching Fellow & Scholar (WTFS) for the 2024–2025 academic year. This prestigious program recognizes outstanding educators who demonstrate excellence in teaching and a genuine curiosity about student learning.
About the Wisconsin Teaching Fellows & Scholars Program:
The WTFS program, directed by faculty leaders Valerie Barske and Heather Pelzel, provides a unique opportunity for collaboration among exceptional teachers from various disciplines across the Universities of Wisconsin. Participants engage in evidence-based teaching discussions and systematic research aimed at enhancing student learning through the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) projects. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the program’s use of this format.
Congratulations, Heather, and best wishes for an inspiring and impactful year as a Wisconsin Teaching Fellow & Scholar!
