Winter recess on-campus dining options:
Throughout Break
- All on-campus dining venues will be closed on legal holidays and weekends through January 23.
Week of December 14
- Normal hours of operation Sunday-Thursday
- Friday: Social House and Phoenix Club open until 2 p.m. Einstein Bros Bagels and GB Grill open until 4 p.m.
Week of December 21
- The University Union and all dining venues will be closed for maintenance on Monday
- Tuesday and Friday: Einstein Bros Bagels open 8 a.m. – 2 pm., GB Grill open 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Wednesday and Thursday: Closed in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas
Week of December 28
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday: Einstein Bros Bagels open 8 a.m. – 2 pm., GB Grill open 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Wednesday and Thursday: Closed in observance of New Year’s Eve and Day
Weeks of January 4 & January 11
- Monday – Friday: Einstein Bros Bagels open 8 a.m. – 2 pm., GB Grill open 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Week of January 18
- Monday: Closed in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Tuesday-Friday: Einstein Bros Bagels open 8 a.m. – 2 pm., GB Grill open 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Saturday: Einstein Bros Bagels open 9 a.m. – 5 pm., GB Grill open 2-5 p.m.
Week of January 25
- Sunday: Einstein Bros Bagels open 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., Social House, GB Grill open for lunch and dinner, GB Late Night open until 10:30 p.m.
- Monday: Normal dining hours of operation resume
Dining Venue Offerings
Einstein Bros Bagels is a bagel and coffeeshop, serving freshly brewed coffee, specialty coffee beverages, bagels and smear, bagel sandwiches, and freshly baked pastries.
GB Grill serves up delicious comfort foods like burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and other yummy appetizers.
Mobile order through the UWGB Dining app will continue to be available throughout winter break.
