Kim Reilly and Katia Levintova (Democracy and Justice Studies) have been invited to present their research on student parents and their ability to access HIPs at the Community Chat organized by ACCESS Collaborative team at The Ohio State University. The ACCESS Collaborative is an academic and social support program assisting parenting students who are pursuing a college education. As a part of this roles, ACCESS hosts monthly Community Chats to bring together other professionals in the field to discuss key topics affecting our students. More than 30 academics and practitioners from across the country attended Reilly and Levintova’s talk on November 7, 2024. This research is based on survey of UWGB students conducted in 2021 and published in the Journal of Continuing Higher Education.
