MUC team updates

The Office of Marketing and University Communication (MUC) is pleased to announce personnel updates within the Communication/Content team. Jena Richter Landers has been promoted to Communications Manager

In this new position, Jena oversees:

  • Internal communication (Log blog and newsletter management, etc.)
  • Crisis communication planning
  • Social media strategy
  • Organic components of marketing campaigns (social media and feature stories)
  • Project management for select communication assets

As a result of this transition, MUC welcomes alumna Lindsey Gloede ’23 ‘25 to the team in the role of Digital Communication Specialist. Lindsey will be the main contact for the University Community for day-to-day social media needs, such as brand consistency, digital accessibility, onboarding and off-boarding employees to social media accounts, collaborations, consultation, etc. Jena will continue to guide the strategic direction of social media through her oversight of the role.

  • Media relations (News releases/pitches and media requests)
  • Strategic Planning for Communication 
  • Oversight of Content Team and feature stories
  • Project management of select communication assets
