Professor Riaz Ahmed’s recent journal publication is focused on broadband frequency sensing

Dr. Riaz Ahmed, Associate Professor from the Mechanical Engineering discipline recently published a journal paper in the Journal of Applied Physics. The paper title is “Stiffness driven design of membrane sensors: For broadband and selective frequency sensing”. In this article, Dr. Ahmed proposed a broadband mechanical frequency sensor mimicking the functionality of the basilar membrane in the human ear cochlea.
