Prof Weinschenk presents at 7th Circuit Bar Association
Professor Aaron Weinschenk recently presented to the Seventh Circuit Bar Association in Chicago. The Association held a conference focused on the question “Has Political Polarization Affected The Legitimacy of The Courts?” Weinschenk’s panel focused on The Role of Money and Electioneering in Wisconsin Supreme Court elections. The panel was moderated by Diane Sykes, chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the other panelists included Janine Geske, former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice and Distinguished Professor of Law at Marquette University, and Northwestern University Law Professor, Michael Kang.
