We have invited Kayla Schneider from WebMD to lead the session. She will offer both expert insights and a compassionate perspective on mental health.

About the presenter
Kayla Schneider is the Well-Being Program Coordinator for the Well Wisconsin Program, administered by WebMD Health Services. She has a background in health education, well-being program implementation and Athletic Training. As a “Make it OK” ambassador, Kayla is passionate about reducing the stigma of mental health and illness. It is an important reminder for all of us that it is OK to not always be OK.
