University ID Services will be unavailable August 13-14
University ID Services will be performing an upgrade to the their ID software on Tuesday, August 13 & Wednesday, August 14. ID photos and new/replacement ID card printing will be unavailable during this time. Please refrain from sending students, staff or campus guests to the University Ticketing & Information Center for ID card photos or card printing on these two dates.
As an alternative option, new students may submit an ID photo through the online portal. Students may select that their ID card is mailed to them or held at the UTIC for pickup at a later date. University ID Services will print the student’s ID card once the system upgrade is complete.
eAccounts is not affected by this software upgrade and will continue to be available for Phlash Cash deposits.
