“Eat & Educate” Series on AI Begins June 10

UW-Green Bay’s Division of Information Technology (GBIT) and the Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL) are pleased to collaborate on a new AI-focused event series called Eat & Educate. These sessions are designed as informal, collaborative opportunities to explore how AI tools are already shaping work across campus, and to learn directly from one another. Plus, the Provost will be providing snacks!

The first session will be June 10 at 11 a.m. in the 1965 Room (University Union, Green Bay campus). Attendees are encouraged to attend in person if possible, but also have the option to join via this Zoom link. The theme for this session is creating “agents” in Copilot. Attendees will learn:

  • What AI agents are and how to build one
  • Examples of how they can support your day-to-day work
  • Important limitations and ethical considerations

Whether you’re new to AI or already experimenting with its possibilities, this series offers a welcoming and relaxed space to engage with colleagues and get ideas. All UWGB employees are welcome to attend and are encouraged to bring their ideas, questions, and laptops!
