Food Truck Fridays: April 18, May 2 & May 9

The University Union is once again hosting Food Truck Fridays this spring, which will bring a different local food truck to the Green Bay campus on April 18, May 2 and May 9. The food trucks will be stationed in the University Union Visitor Lot from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. each Friday.

Friday, April 18

Kickin Ash BBQ – Kickin Ash BBQ serves indulgent comfort food, including BBQ meats, Mac & cheese, beans and cornbread.

Friday, May 2

Caribbean Cruiser – Caribbean Cruiser Food Truck brings island flavors to the frozen tundra! Try jerk chicken, a cuban or pulled pork sandwich, shrimp tacos, and much more. Accepting cash and credit cards.

Friday, May 9

Taqueria Maldonado’s – Taqueria Maldonado’s offers authentic Mexican food, including tacos, tortas, burritos, enchiladas, chimichangas, quesadillas, tostadas and fajitas.
