CSET Dean & CSoB Dean Administrator Review Surveys
As outlined in the Administrator Feedback Survey Process website, the University Committee has developed a feedback survey to complement existing annual review procedures for administrators. This feedback process formally and systematically incorporates broad input from faculty, staff, and other members of the university community into the annual performance review process for administrators. During the 2024-2025 academic year, surveys are being distributed to provide feedback on the Deans of the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology (John Katers), and of the Cofrin School of Business (Dean Mathew Dornbush).
Links to the surveys have already been sent to all staff in the respective colleges. Anyone else wishing to complete either survey may email UC Chair Bill Dirienzo (dirienzw@uwgb.edu) for a link.
Please submit your response by Friday, April 11.
All responses to the survey are confidential and survey respondents will remain anonymous. In addition, your participation is completely voluntary and no questions are required. The data collected will be protected and used only for reporting of aggregated information, not for the investigation of specific individuals. Use of this data will conform to widely accepted standards of practice intended to protect the confidentiality of survey respondents.
