Professional Academic Advisors Piloting Degree Audit Software Called “Stellic.”

Stellic, an audit and planning tool originally built by students in collaboration with their advisors, is in the pilot phase this spring. Stellic will enable students to take ownership of their academic journey, save time toward degree through intuitive planning, and deepen academic support. Stellic’s goal is to revolutionize the advising experience for students and advisors. The partnership between UW-Green Bay and Stellic will provide advisors and mentors one unified platform to guide students on a clear path to degree. They can leverage Stellic tools and data to effectively manage academic planning, track registration, and monitor enrollment. Professional advisors are piloting the tool this registration cycle with current students admitted in 2023 and new Fall 2024 transfer students. A more formal launch and training will begin toward the end of spring, throughout summer, and into fall. Academic Advising and the Registrar’s Office ask for your patience as they implement and learn features, ensure degree requirements accurately reflect catalog requirements, and explore areas that will provide meaningful training for the next phase of implementation.
