Lacey Presents at NDAP Annual Meeting

Karen Lacey MS, RDN, CD, FAND, Senior Lecturer Emerita and former Director of the Dietetic Programs at UW-Green Bay recently returned from Manila, Philippines where she presented at the preconference of the 70th Annual meeting of the Nutritionist and Dietitian Association of the Philippines (NDAP) on February 18, 2025. This conference was attended by over 1000 dietitians and nutritionists from the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Her topic was entitled “The 2024 Scope and Standards of Practice for RDNs in Public Health”. While there she was honored with the recognition of becoming an honorary member of NDAP, which has reciprocity with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics here in the United States.
