Academic Excellence Symposium 2024
To Faculty and Staff,
The Academic Excellence Symposium will be held on April 24 in the Cofrin Library. Last year the Symposium returned to UW-Green Bay with 104 students, 42 posters, and 17 presentations. This event is a great opportunity to interact with our students and to learn more about their research, scholarly, and creative activities. The Symposium will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the 3rd floor of the Cofrin Library. All are encouraged to attend. Whether you participate in person or virtually, please take the time to talk with students about their work. You might find that you learn something new!
The success of the Symposium is student participation. Please encourage your students to apply. Sometimes it just takes an instructor telling them that you think their work is worthy to be shared. There is so much great student work being done–I know everyone has at least one student they would encourage. The deadline for applying is March 24th so encourage them today!
